Event Photography: When There's So Much to Do!
I remember how stressed she looked as I waved her over to the table at the restaurant so we could hammer out the details for the event. I had ordered quesadillas just in case we got hungry and were there for awhile.
It was her mother's 50th birthday. She and her sister had reserved the best banquet hall at the Venue. There would be over 100 guests, a DJ, live music, drinks and tons of food and personally hand-crafted desserts. Needless to say, even for this former wedding event planner, the planning and her own work were wearing on her, but she was optimistic.
It was my duty to put her at ease. At least when it came to photography. Something she herself would not have to worry about. As we worked on the details of the evening and the major highlights, the needed photos.
A special moment with mom and daughters especially!
It was a joyful, fun filled night and a great night to capture memories.
